The Brooks Family YMCA "E TEAM" masters swimmers competed in the Club Tribe Masters Classic on March 23, 2019 in Williamsburg. Twenty-three teams were represented at the meet. Emilie MacDonald (19), Christina Bowman (46), Amy Weinheimer (50), Corey Krall (50), Hillary Goldberg (59), Ann Lyttle (71), and Suzi Burns (71) scored a total of 14 first-place victories. Lyttle set Virginia records in the 200 free and 100 IM events, while Goldberg (back), Burns (breast), Bowman (fly), and Weinheimer (free) set a 100 medley relay meet record in the 45-plus age group, beating out Virginia Masters Swim Team for the win.
The swimmers are coached by Don Easterling at the Brooks Family YMCA in Charlottesville.
