Brooks Family YMCA E Team masters swimmers scored 14 first-place finishes (all the events in which they competed) at the 2017 Virginia Commonwealth Games Short Course Championships held at Liberty University's Natatorium in Lynchburg recently.
Coached by Don Easterling, the swimmers included Christina Bowman (45), Suzi Burns (70), Rebecca Deaton (42), and Hillary Goldberg (57).
This is the first year this group has attended this annual regional event.
